In October 2025, Aalberts completed the acquisition of Grand Venture Technology Limited (GVT), a Singapore-based precision engineering company with deep roots in the semiconductor industry. With six facilities across Singapore, Malaysia, and China and around 1,800 employees, GVT is a significant force in Asian precision engineering. Its expertise in mechatronics, assembly, and testing directly expands what Aalberts can offer manufacturers across the region.
